The new(ish) wallride at Glentress. First time on it...didnt commit into the turn and my bike just slide right off. Got a nice scabby arm out of it though...and a lesson taught!

A selection of some of the best mens squash rallies available on YouTube Ramy Ashour vs Anthony Ricketts. Ramy takes a full length dive into the back corner and gets it off the back wall. Great Rally. Ramy Ashour vs. Wael El Hindi Nick Matthew vs Lee Beachill battling it out and waiting for an opening. Matthew waits patiently and eventually gets his volley kill. John White vs Gregory Gaultier. I love this rally. Typical John White behaviour near the end of the game. John is getting slower and slower but he doesnt give in. But he just cant keep up with a younger Gaultier. Jonathon Power vs. David Palmer 2001. Ok, this isn't one rally but its a good video. Its shows how "passionate" Power used to get. Power is pissing Palmer off so much that Palmer decides that at 14 all in the 5th its time to go for match ball on 1 point. Does he get it? Jonathon Power vs John White. 1:38 Its initally called down. JP actually puts top spin on the ball with the "wrong" side of the racket...watch it closely! Awesome! Martin Heath vs Jonathon Power. This one is all about the JP trick shot at 0:15. Ridiculous. Martin didn't have a clue what was going on. James Willstrop vs Nick Matthew. Matthew digs in and doesnt let go. Pays off in the end. Jonathon Power vs Amr Shabana. JP in his last year of pro squash with an amazing hold at the end and a trademark Power shot into the top corner. Jonathon Power vs Peter Nicol. Two of the masters grinding it out in one of the best rallies I've ever seen. Amazing pick ups left right and center. The ending of the Rally is somewhat contraversion. JP is NOT happy!

Yestersay (7th May 2009), Manny Ramirez was suspended from 50 games for violating Major League Baseballs Performance Enhancing Drug policy. Ramirez was suspended for an unspecified violation of section 8.G.2 of the joint drug agreement. He tells us that his physician had given him a presciption and was unaware of the drug being taken. According to the report, he was using human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). Its a women's fertility drug which can be used by steroid users to kick off their body's natural testosterone production when they come off the steroids.

Filmed over the period of a few months in and around Edinburgh by Dave Sowerby, this video of Inspired Bicycles team rider Danny MacAskill features probably the best collection of street/street trials riding ever seen. There's some huge riding, but also some of the most technically difficult and imaginative lines you will ever see.

Computer giants Sega have committed a tennis balls-up - by turning Andy Murray into an Englishman! The Japanese game firm have made Scotland's pride play under the St George's cross in their new Virtua Tennis 2009 release. Luckily it was spotted on leaked preview. SEGA say it will be fixed before the game hits the shelves!

Did my bet on Grand National today. On tomorrow at Aintree. Only ever do it when the name means something to do with my life or present situation. Worked before, and the odds were 250/1. That was years ago. Great hopes for tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.
